This month, we spotlight the crucial role of the laundromat manager. Efficient management hinges on having comprehensive information to streamline store processes and enhance customer service.
Managers frequently reach out for assistance in identifying the most relevant reports for their operations. Here are some cases where they find a report invaluable for their process:
1. In one particular case, a manager required daily updates on the status of invoices and the employees responsible for racking them.
Of all the reports we presented, she chose “Invoices on Rack”, which include all necessary information and a balance of those invoices to ensure nothing is missed
This report can be found under the report type 4.Invoices
2. Another manager sought a report that helped him compare his internal payment calculations by month and week.
His favorite was “Batch Payments," which he could generate by any date he needed, like most of our reports, and compare to the cashier report and any information that the accounting department has.
He favored the "Batch Payments" report, which can be generated for any specified date. This report facilitated comparisons with cashier reports and accounting records.
This report can be found under the report type 5. Payments.
3. Lastly, the Closing Daily Report, the report that ends up being one of the favorites, lists all payments made during a specific time period by payment type in addition to the clothing that has been picked up and dropped by category.
It also includes the total number of payments per payment type with the total amount.
This report can be found under the report type 5. Payments.
These are only recent examples; there are over 200 options in our report section that will simply make your life easier.
