Overview of what changed this month:

1. General: Automatic Pre-pay Discount Available at Store and Customer Levels

1. General: Automatic Pre-pay Discount Available at Store and Customer Levels

- This new setting allows for automatic application of a discount when the "Prepay" option is selected during a transaction. The feature offers flexibility by enabling the discount to be applied either at the store level or customer level.

Store Level: This option allows the prepay discount to be applied automatically to all customers within the store. It's ideal for store-wide promotions where all transactions involving prepayment qualify for the discount. You will need to specify the exact percentage of the discount, which will be applied store-wide.

Customer Level:  This option allows for more granular control, enabling you to set prepay discounts for individual customers. Through the details tab for each customer, you can assign different discounts per category, ensuring a personalized approach to pricing.

With this feature, managing discounts becomes easier, improving the customer experience and operational efficiency.

2. General: Quick Tickets - Display Employee Who Detailed the Order on Customer Receipt and Invoice

- We have a new setting for Quick Tickets that ensures the employee who detailed the order is displayed on the customer receipt and invoice.

Currently, the system prints the name of the employee who created the quick ticket, regardless of who detailed the order. With this new setting enabled, the printout will accurately reflect the name of the employee responsible for detailing the order, providing greater transparency and accountability in transactions.

This update enhances the tracking process and ensures that the correct employee is acknowledged on printed documents.

3. Route: Disabled Save Button When No Day is Selected

- We have updated the Routes functionality to improve accuracy and prevent incomplete route configurations. Now, if a day is not selected when setting up a route, the Save button will be automatically disabled.

This ensures that routes cannot be saved without specifying at least one day, reducing the chance of scheduling errors and enhancing the overall workflow efficiency. This simple yet effective update ensures that all routes are fully configured before saving.
