Customer App and Portal: Version 3.4.0
Display the promo codes for first orders only
- We now can make coupons with the MOBILE prefix disappear after their initial use. This can be enabled with a setting.
Skip days setting to the turnaround
- We have a new setting to exclude weekends from the order return schedule (turnaround time).
We have highlighted the information and the minimum order notice.
Enlite Routes, Version 3.4.1
Option to restrict a driver from canceling orders
- A new setting is available to hide the 'cancel order' button to prevent drivers from canceling orders.
Option to print customer receipts on Android
- Drivers now have the option to print customer receipts. This is only available to Android phone users.
New setting to hide walk-in orders
- A new setting allows us to hide orders created during the walk-in (Regular orders). This ensures that the driver adheres to the correct route orders.
Example:
The order 18583-1 was created in walk-in
Despite Carol being a route customer, the order doesn't appear on the driver app. The order will only appear when it is created from the mobile app.
The pickup/delivery date and time is now visible to the driver on the first screen.
New setting to auto-rack order when picked by the driver.
- When an order is picked up by the driver, the driver app automatically sets the store rack name to the current route name. This can be enabled with a setting.
The locker name can now be seen by the driver on the notes.
