For this month’s Enlite Experience, we picked a small family-operated business that introduced Enlite 10 to their process about 2 years ago.

With a very straightforward process and a wide range of services, this cleaner in La Grange Park, Illinois, found their best fit for their own point of sale based on simplicity.

They are a great example that Enlite 10 adapts to different levels of complexity and that it’s able to provide a variety of solutions based on the store’s specific needs.

1) How has your experience with the Enlite Team been, when it comes to adapting the system to fit your needs?

The installation and setup process was great, the system is pretty simple and intuitive.

2) Which of the Enlite features do you think benefits your business the most?

The program has been pretty easy to use, it also runs very fast in our case, and it is very accurate and precise when it comes to detailing invoices. The reports are a couple of clicks away and I get all the information I need, including time cards (very important for our operation) and income reports.

3) What is your team’s favorite feature about Enlite?

It’s easy to use, everything is clear and accessible on the screen. There was nothing complicated for us and our team. You just open it and use it.

4) Is there any Enlite feature you’re not yet using, but are excited about using in the future?

There are many features we are not yet using, probably because I’m trying to do everything as simple as possible but we will be implementing new things down the road, and I’m sure that whenever I need anything, your team will help me add new procedures to the operation and answer any questions we may have.

5) How satisfied are you with the service offered by the Dark Team?

I will say I’m very satisfied and I’m grateful to have the help you guys provide along the way.
