This wonderful Atlanta customer started with a 2-store operation back in 2018 and has recently added a third location to the mix.

Working on the setup of their three locations has always been a very straightforward process. Even with the simplest approach to managing their business, they’ve found Enlite’s very specific tools and features to be extremely helpful and an important addition to the service they provide.

1) How has your experience with the Enlite Team been?

Enlite Pos Team has always been such a delight to work with, they are always very precise and punctual in addressing any issues and request we have

2) Which of the Enlite features do you think benefits your business the most?

The most beneficial feature to us has been the message notifications to our customers, notifying them on their order status which they all love.

3) What is your team’s favorite Enlite feature?

Our team’s favorite feature has to be the Pickup & Pay. The system consolidates all the customer orders in one place to serve them better.

4) Is there any Enlite feature you’re not yet using, but are excited about using in the future?

We are excited to get the mobile app feature which will enable us to give a better experience to our customers.
